1. Overview

Welcome to Nolvi. We are committed to providing a seamless, transparent, and rapid shopping experience for all our customers in Qatar. Whether you are purchasing makeup and beauty products, home essentials, camping equipment, electronics, or toys, we strive to deliver your non-food consumer goods safely and efficiently.

This Delivery Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, including Law No. 8 of 2008 regarding Consumer Protection, ensuring your rights to transparent pricing, timely delivery, and fair handling of goods are fully respected.

2. Delivery Areas

Nolvi currently operates and delivers exclusively within the State of Qatar. 

  •  Supported Zones: We cover major municipalities and neighborhoods. Specific express delivery zones are determined dynamically at checkout based on courier availability and distance from our dispatch centers.
  • Exclusions: Delivery may be restricted in certain remote off-road desert locations or restricted industrial zones. If your address falls outside our active delivery network, you will be notified during the checkout process.

3. Delivery Methods

To meet your needs, we offer two distinct, complimentary delivery options at checkout:

  • Instant Delivery: Designed for rapid fulfillment, aiming to get your items to you as quickly as possible (typically within 1 to 3 hours) from the moment your order is confirmed. This option is subject to courier availability in your specific zone.
  • Scheduled Delivery: A flexible option that allows you to select a specific date and time slot for your items to arrive, ensuring you are available to receive your products.

4. Delivery Fees

In compliance with MOCI regulations regarding pricing transparency, we are proud to offer complete clarity on our shipping costs:

  • Instant Delivery: Free of charge. 
  •  Scheduled Delivery: Free of charge. *There are absolutely no hidden delivery fees for any orders placed through Nolvi within our coverage area.

5. Delivery Timeframes

We understand that speed and reliability are critical. Our standard delivery operations run from Saturday to Friday.

  • Instant Delivery: Dispatched immediately upon payment confirmation during operational hours. 
  • Scheduled Delivery: Dispatched to arrive strictly within the time window you selected at checkout.
  • Operating Hours: 9:00 AM to 01:00 PM. Orders placed for Instant.

Delivery outside of these hours will be prioritized first thing the following operational morning.

6. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed immediately upon payment confirmation.
  • Cutoff Times: Orders placed outside of our daily operating hours (or within 1 hour of closing) will be processed first thing the following morning. The delivery timeframe will begin from the start of the next operational shift.

7. Delivery Delays

While we pride ourselves on speed, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our reasonable control (e.g., severe weather conditions, heavy traffic incidents, or force majeure).

  • In the event of an expected delay, our customer service team will proactively contact you.
  • Under Qatar Consumer Protection Law, if an unreasonable delay occurs that fundamentally breaches the agreed-upon timeframe, you maintain the right to cancel the order for a full refund.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

Our couriers will attempt to contact you upon arrival at the delivery location.

  • If you are unavailable, unreachable, or fail to receive the order at the provided address after a reasonable waiting period (typically 10–15 minutes), the order will be returned to our facility.
  • In case of a failed delivery due to customer unavailability, a redelivery fee may apply to dispatch the items a second time.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Your right to receive products in perfect, working condition is protected by Qatari law.

  • Inspection upon Delivery: We encourage you to inspect your items (e.g., fragile electronics, glassware, cosmetics) immediately upon delivery.
  • Refusal of Delivery: If a product is visibly damaged, defective, or incorrect, you have the right to refuse the delivery on the spot.
  • Post-Delivery Discovery: If you discover a defect or receive an incorrect item after the courier has left, contact us immediately. We will arrange a free return or exchange in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

10. Delivery & Refund Alignment

Because Nolvi provides free delivery on all orders, any refund processing whether due to a return, a damaged item, or a company error, will apply strictly to the full value of the items purchased.

  • Your right to a complete refund for defective, damaged, or incorrect products remains fully protected under Qatar Consumer Protection Law.
  • If an Instant or Scheduled delivery is unreasonably delayed or missed due to our error, you retain the right to cancel the order for a full and immediate refund of the product purchase price.

11. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure we meet our strict 1-hour to 3-hour delivery targets, we require your cooperation:

  • Accurate Addressing: Please provide your exact address using the Qatar national address system format where possible (Zone Number, Street Number, Building Number).
  • Contact Information: Ensure your provided mobile phone number is active and capable of receiving calls or WhatsApp messages from our dispatch team.
  • Accessibility: Ensure the delivery location is accessible to our drivers.
